Booking and Flight Policies

What to expect when comparing flights, building trips, and continuing into checkout.

Flight search and fare display

Fare cards may include route, airline, aircraft, cabin, baggage, stop, layover, tax, fee, and price-intelligence information.

Displayed totals are designed to make route comparison easier. Final supplier checkout screens may show updated totals or additional required disclosures.

Multi-city and mixed itineraries

A multi-city plan may contain several separate flight segments. Each segment can have its own fare rules, cancellation terms, baggage allowance, and change fees.

Changing or canceling one segment may not automatically change another segment.

Schedule changes

Airlines may change departure times, aircraft, operating carriers, terminals, or flight numbers.

If a supplier makes a schedule change after booking, the airline or booking supplier controls the available options.

Passenger responsibility

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, health documentation, transit eligibility, and meeting check-in and boarding deadlines.

Some routes may require proof of onward travel or additional documents for international transit.
